Luiza Motta Rodrigues advises on complex M&A transactions, corporate governance, Venture Capital, financings, as well as assisting in the coordination of the Legal Ops area. Her expertise spans from advising startups and companies on various corporate demands and participating in the structuring and implementation of corporate reorganizations, including drafting, and reviewing investment and equity incentive plans, shareholder agreements, as well as highly complex investment structure instruments and credit documentation and leasing of assets.
