Flora Bellenzani de Moraes

Flora Moraes operates within our advisory group, particularly focusing on the development and review of highly complex contracts. Her expertise spans from financing agreements, aircraft and engine leasing and purchase-sale transactions, to financial restructuring plans involving multiple jurisdictions. In the Aviation industry, Flora advises clients in complex transactions, providing support beyond the documentation phase by actively contributing to commercial, and strategic discussions and negotiations with Brazilian and foreign parties. Additionally, she provides necessary support to such clients in the organizational and regulatory aspects of each case, ensuring comprehensive guidance from start to finish. Moreover, she advises startups and companies on various corporate matters, including drafting and reviewing investment and equity incentive plans, and in implementing various corporate actions, as well as various regulatory aspects pertaining thereto.

Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
