Rafaela Cestari Gomes

Rafaela Cestari Gomes operates within our advisory group, both in the aviation and corporate verticals. Her expertise includes drafting and reviewing contracts for financing agreements, aircraft and engine leasing and purchase-sale transactions. Additionally, she advises start-ups and companies on various day-to-day demands, including the incorporation and amendment of corporate acts, as well as participating in innovation and investment projects. Lastly, Rafaela works on various internal projects, conducting research and opinion matters, and attending seminars and workshops to provide the team an update on relevant topics.

Education
Bachelor´s degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
