Bruna Toniolo Lopes tem experiencia.... Her experience in asset finance transactions includes aircraft finance, aircraft and equipment leasing and other cross-border corporate and finance transactions. Bruna's aircraft finance experience includes export credit agency-supported transactions, sales and acquisitions and finance transactions, PDP financings, and restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Her track record includes working with airline companies, OEMs, and other players of the industry, providing comprehensive legal advice from regulatory aspects to structuring and negotiating transactions. Whilst at Nantes Mello Advogados, Bruna was assigned as in-house counsel to Embraer’s commercial aviation unit, during which time she acted as a legal secondee advising on multiple aircraft and equipment sales, as well as negotiations with suppliers and servicers. In addition, Bruna has advised several companies on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), drafting, and reviewing investment and equity incentive plans, as well as assisting with the implementation of the best corporate governance practices.

Bachelor's degree in Law from the São Paulo School of Law of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV DIREITO SP). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the São Paulo School of Business Administration of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP).
