Marina Thomé de Macedo

Marina Thomé de Macedo operates within Nantes Mello Advogados’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices, drafting legal documents and conducting hearings, with focus on the aviation industry. She also has experience in assisting the aviation industry in sale, purchase, financing, and leasing operations, as well as other related demands such as aeronautical regulatory issues. In addition, Marina works in our Legal Ops practice and advising our clients in a range of corporate matters. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing investment plans and stock option agreements, corporate secretarial matters, as well as regulatory aspects pertaining thereto.
